Thank you for shopping with Glacé. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed and handed off to our shipping partner. During peak seasons or promotional periods processing times may occasionally extend to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience during these periods and will always communicate any significant delays to you directly by email.


Free Worldwide Shipping

Glacé is proud to offer free standard shipping on every single order worldwide with no minimum order value required. We believe that what you see is what you pay and that shipping costs should never be a surprise at checkout. The price you see on our product pages is the final price you pay.


Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that the following delivery timeframes represent transit time only and do not include the 1 to 2 business day processing period before your order is shipped.

Canada: 10 to 20 business days
United States: 10 to 20 business days
United Kingdom: 15 to 25 business days
Europe: 15 to 25 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 15 to 30 business days
Rest of the World: 15 to 30 business days

Please understand that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your specific location, local postal service efficiency, customs processing times and other factors outside of our control. Remote or rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times than urban addresses within the same country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number within 2 to 5 business days of your order being dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to update in the tracking system after you receive your tracking number. This is completely normal and does not mean your package is not on its way to you.

You can use your tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time. If you are having difficulty locating your tracking information please contact us at glacecoolingofficial@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.


Customs and Import Duties

Glacé ships all orders internationally from our fulfillment partners. As a result orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are completely outside of our control. We are unable to predict the amount of these charges as they vary widely depending on the destination country and the nature of the products being imported.

All customs duties, import taxes and related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Glacé is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing nor are we responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities in your country. By placing an order with us you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such charges that may apply upon delivery.

If you are unsure about the customs regulations in your country we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Glacé is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or undeliverable due to an incorrectly provided shipping address. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at glacecoolingofficial@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed we will do our best to correct the address before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped we are unable to guarantee that address changes can be made.


Lost or Missing Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package does not arrive as expected. If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes from the date your order was placed please contact us so we can investigate:

Canada and United States: 30 days from order date
International orders: 45 days from order date

Upon receiving your inquiry we will open an investigation with our shipping partner. Depending on the outcome we will either reship your order at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that we are unable to take action on missing packages reported outside of 60 days from the order date.

 

Delayed Packages

Occasionally packages may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control including but not limited to customs inspections, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters or disruptions to postal services. These situations are rare but do occur from time to time. If your package appears to be significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe please contact us at glacecoolingofficial@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your order.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives in a damaged condition please do not discard the packaging. Take clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item and contact us immediately at glacecoolingofficial@gmail.com with your order number and photos attached. We will review your claim and either send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your preference. We may not require you to return the damaged item depending on the nature of the damage.

 

Peak Season Delays

Please be aware that shipping times may be longer than usual during peak periods including but not limited to:

The months of November and December due to holiday shopping season. The Chinese New Year period which typically falls between late January and mid February, during which our fulfillment partners may experience temporary closures or reduced capacity. Major global sales events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

We recommend placing your orders well in advance during these periods to avoid disappointment. We will do our best to communicate any known delays proactively through our website and email communications.
